Kenect Recruitmentare looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries, processing orders, and ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Process orders, returns, and customer account updates accurately
Maintain customer records and ensure information is up to date
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and report generation
Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to resolve customer issues
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable but not essential
