A leading adventure travel company in Ross-on-Wye is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support teachers and youth group leaders in managing bookings. The ideal candidate will have outstanding administrative skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and strong prioritisation skills. The UK Schools and Groups department generates revenue in excess of £50 million and as a Customer Service Administrator you will be supporting teachers, youth group leaders and uniformed groups (such as cubs, scouts, guides, and brownies) to process booking documentation and facilitate their bookings. Working in a vibrant, open plan office, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of PGL.
