  • Creating reports, quotes, and keeping everything running like clockwork.
  • Using your initiative to solve problems and escalating when needed.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience in a facilities or FM helpdesk role (you’ve done this before and you’re good at it!).
  • Top‑notch communication skills—written and spoken.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • A team player who can also fly solo when needed.
