Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our growing team and work with our homegrown e-commerce brands, helping customers with their ‘DIY’ shutter orders. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team reporting directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor. This is a full‑time temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the successful candidate. The hourly pay rate for this role is £13.05 per hour, the hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and one Saturday per month: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (rota basis).
