We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full order process, supporting customers with professionalism and care, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end customer order process—from order entry and fulfilment through to delivery and invoicing.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing clear communication and managing expectations around delivery times, delays, or issues.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve missing pricing, delayed product lead times, or sales‑stop items.
  • Liaise with Credit Control to ensure customer accounts remain within credit limits and address any account holds.
  • Handle urgent order claims efficiently, working in partnership with Sales and customers to deliver rapid solutions.
  • Update and amend delivery dates, communicating changes promptly to customers.
  • Work with the Planning team on order amendments, including quantity or delivery schedule changes.
  • Order stands, materials, or supplies needed for warehouse operations through approved suppliers.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or face‑to‑face regarding product, delivery, or service enquiries.
Experience
  • 4–5 years’ experience in a customer service, order processing, or administrative support role.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve customer queries efficiently.
