A global family-owned business in the UK seeks a Customer Service Administrator to manage customer queries and ensure efficient administration of rental contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or administration and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Our client, a global family owned business based in Taplow, is looking for a bright, detail orientated and proactive individual to join their Customer Service team.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be a key part of the team - acting as the first point of contact for customers, managing queries and ensuring the smooth administration of rental contracts, repairs and invoicing.

The role is office based Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm) and is offering a competitive salary with generous benefits and an end of year bonus based on company performance. Due to location, the successful candidate must drive and have their own car.
