A client company in Desborough is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to manage customer enquiries across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, previous administrative experience, and proficiency in MS Office. This permanent full-time role offers a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 with additional benefits. Our client is Cheaney Shoes Limited, a prestigiously renowned and world leading shoe manufacturer and retailer, with export markets all over the world. The Company has a considerable wholesale base alongside its own stores and a fast-growing e‑commerce site. The central operations of the company are run from the factory site, which is based in Desborough, Northamptonshire. They are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
In this role you will deal with all aspects of customer service across wholesale, retail and e‑commerce. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wishes to further develop their skills and make a meaningful impact in a Company with strong growth ambition.
This is a permanent full-time role working between 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday with an unpaid hour for lunch each day.
