Overview

Demand & Fulfilment Controller - Supply Chain. Chipping Norton | Full Time (37.5 hrs per week, flexi) | Hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt to despatch, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment
• Liaise with planning, logistics and sales to meet customer delivery requirements
• Track orders and proactively update customers on progress or changes
• Produce export and shipping documentation as needed
• Maintain accurate records, price quotations and KPI metrics
• Support Account/Sales Managers with customer communication and performance reporting

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, order management or supply chain
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with manufacturing or ERP systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of export documentation (advantageous)
