Overview

Job Title : Customer Service Administrator (Technical with Plumbing Knowledge)

Location : Birmingham

Pay Rates : £28,000 - £30,000

Working hours : Monday - Friday 13:00 - 21:00

Not an early morning person? Want to use your plumbing knowledge without the cold, wet building sites and 6am starts?

This role offers the best of both worlds... You can still use your technical knowledge, but from the comfort of your own home without that early morning alarm.

We're looking for someone with a practical understanding of plumbing, bathrooms, fittings or installation - whether you started a plumbing course, worked as a plumber, or gained technical know-how through related work.

If you can talk through how something fits together, and troubleshoot problems through a video call, you'll be great here.

You'll be supporting customers across the USA market for a premium brand. Helping with technical queries, replacements, troubleshooting and general product support.
