We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing a high volume of enquiries, able to resolve issues efficiently, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer calls and email enquiries within agreed KPI timeframes.
  • Handle verbal and written complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Manage follow-up calls based on email or online form submissions.
  • Support all after-sales, warranty, and service-related queries.
  • Escalate issues to relevant internal teams when required.
  • Log and update customer information and order details accurately.
  • Track and process new orders, replacements, and refunds.
  • Process payments and handle basic sales enquiries.
  • Check product/service availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Complete general customer service administration as needed.
Skills & Experience
