📍 Location: Livingston

🕒 Full-time | Temporary with view to go permanent

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, 3pm finish on a Friday!!

💰Pay Rate: £25k

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Administrator to be the welcoming face and voice for our client - a leading player in the manufacturing industry.

👋 About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression. You'll handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and support the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks that keep our client's office running like clockwork.

🧩 What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering first-class customer care via phone, email, and in person
  • Supporting the CRM and Office Managers with customer enquiries and complaints
  • Keeping up to date with product changes and ensuring accurate information is shared
  • Accurately updating information in the CRM system
