We're looking for a Customer Service Admin to join a friendly and supportive Customer Operations team, working at the heart of team. You'll play a key role in making sure customers receive accurate bills, clear communication, and an all-round excellent experience.
No two days are the same! You'll be:
Supporting customers across their full journey, from meter readings to billing queries
Managing amendments, reassessments, allowances, and exemption processes
Making sure readings and bills are accurate, timely, and compliant
Working closely with meter readers and internal teams to resolve issues smoothly
Handling customer queries via phone, email, and written correspondence
Investigating problem readings and agreeing the right next steps with customers
Updating customer accounts and records with precision and care
Managing your own workload to meet targets and service standards
Spotting opportunities to offer helpful additional products or solutions
Supporting applications for charitable exemptions and trade effluent services
A strong customer service mindset - you genuinely enjoy helping people
Great attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
Clear, friendly communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Confidence using systems and following processes accurately
