As a Key Account Executive (Account Manager / Customer Success Executive), you’ll play an important role supporting the Sales Director and wider commercial team to maintain and grow key customer relationships.
This position sits within OGM’s commercial division and focuses on day‑to‑day client interaction – answering queries, preparing quotations, tracking performance, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience.
It’s an ideal role for someone with around 2–3 years’ experience in a customer‑facing, sales support, client services, or commercial role who wants to build a long‑term career in account management within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
You’ll work primarily from our Oxfordshire office, with occasional travel to visit customers (around once a month).
Hours : Full-time, permanent
Location : Yarnton, Oxfordshire (office‑based with occasional client visits)
Salary : £30,000 per annum
Please note : Due to our location and the need to visit customer sites, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
