Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a Customer Sales Representative for Bestway Vans. You will manage your own local territory, visiting retailers to deliver outstanding service while promoting major FMCG brands.

You will receive three weeks of training, a base salary of £29,000 with potential to earn up to £35,000 OTE, and benefits including 30 days’ holiday and a company pension. Be part of a growing national team.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• A proactive can-do attitude is expected.
• Reliable time management and punctuality are important.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers on allocated local territory and deliver great customer service.
• Follow set journey schedules and carry out planned and unscheduled visits.
• Represent major FMCG brands during customer interactions and sales visits.
• Build customer relationships to support growth and repeat business.

About the Role:

Our 3-week in depth and professional training programme will give you all the skills, knowledge, and confidence you will need to succeed. You could soon find yourself following set journey schedules and making planned and unscheduled sales visits to retailers, delivering unrivalled service to your customers.
You will be allocated your own local territory, tablet and phone. You will have the freedom to drive your own success, and you’ll take your career in sales to the next level.

You will be representing some of the biggest global FMCG brands, including ; KP, Cadbury’s (Mondelez), McVitie’s, Mars, Tayto, Kellogg’s, Nestle, Britvic, Fox’s,
Wrigley’s, Ferrero, Seabrooks, Haribo, Coca Cola, Barratt’s, Chupa Chups,
Fruittella, Mentos, Swizzels, Kettle, Burtons, Lucozade, many, many more.
