Customer Sales Associate - Immediate Starts Available - Central Bournemouth (Entry Level - No Experience Required)

With current expansion, they are looking to develop their sales team with forward-thinking individuals with a passion for driving growth, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

What They Are Looking For
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No experience required; however experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, Hospitality, Warehouse or other face-to-face Customer Relations roles is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Able to work a full time equivalent schedule, 5 days per week (Mon-Sat).

No experience is required as comprehensive training and development programmes are provided from day one. With access to fantastic support and mentoring networks from seasoned professionals, you'll have the tools and resources to excel in this dynamic and exciting self-employed, commission based, face to face field sales role.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), current international students or those only seeking part time roles. Our client is looking for candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week (Mon - Sat).
