Customer Sales Associate - Immediate Starts Available - Central Bournemouth (Entry Level - No Experience Required)

With current expansion, they are looking to develop their sales team with forward-thinking individuals with a passion for driving growth, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

What They Are Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• No experience required; however experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, Hospitality, Warehouse or other face-to-face Customer Relations roles is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
• A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences.
• Able to work a full time equivalent schedule, 5 days per week (Mon-Sat).

No experience is required as comprehensive training and development programmes are provided from day one. This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), current international students or those only seeking part time roles. Our client is looking for candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week (Mon - Sat).
