Job summary

Halfords Huntingdon is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to join our UK retail team on a 16-hour-per-week pattern. You will deliver excellent customer service, learn product knowledge, and help customers with fittings and services.

You will work with enthusiasm to exceed customer expectations, demonstrate and explain our products, and support customers through the sales process. Training and career progression are strongly supported.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Got a knack with customers?

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you've worked in another customer focused sales environment, we're likely to be a great fit for each other.

You're already a legend at quick and efficient working, and we'll give you the product knowledge and skills training you need to wow every customer. You'll learn how to demonstrate and explain our products as well as the practical aspects of our fitting services.

To be successful in this role you will need:
