We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the European Road Customer Relationship Team (CRT) in Birmingham. You will be responsible for managing our European Road CRT and our planning department which handles both import and export shipments along with full profit & loss responsibility.
You will have considerable drive and passion and share our ambitious plans to succeed in increasing revenues and growing the European customer base through customer service excellence. You will need a proven track record managing a busy operational department with at least 2 years' managerial experience.
As well as sound operational expertise and knowledge of the European services, you demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills ensuring you get the best out of your team and increase sales.
In addition, you'll also need the right to work in the UK – we are not able to sponsor work permits.
