We're hiring! Sterling UK Control Tower is seeking a new addition to join our Aerospace International team. Customer Relationship Managers build externally trusting relationships with customers and protect Sterling's brand by maintaining a positive image. CRMs are internally the liaison point between Business Developers and Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Drive operational excellence for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor and improve service delivery on all escalation.
  • Control monthly performance metrics such KPI, QBR'S and ad-hoc report request.
  • Align on customer strategy and priorities, offering continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Focus on strategic customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, reactivation and identify opportunities for upselling to meet clients needs (OBCs, Charters, etc.).
  • Align with different stakeholders Pricing and Business Developers, to assist on pricing decisions and RFQ/RFP submissions.
  • Coordinate incident reports, timelines, and corrective actions with Quality Assurance and Operations.
  • Analyze Tableau data to identified potential issues.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and incident management processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Nice to have: ability to speak Arabic with our MEA stakeholders.
