We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first‑class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales, including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home, and networking with the local community.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance, representing Barchester and our state‑of‑the‑art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
