We're looking for a self‑motivated Customer Relationship Manager to contact customers who have visited us or made an enquiry relating to a vehicle purchase.

You’ll build relationships, encourage customers back into the showroom, and maximise opportunities — including buying their current vehicle if they choose not to purchase from us.

What you’ll do:

  • Encourage customers back into the showroom or to reconnect with their previous sales executive to continue with their purchase.
  • Set appointments and drive strong conversion into vehicle sales.
  • Promote New and Used Toyota & Lexus vehicle options.
  • Identify opportunities to purchase customers’ existing vehicles where the customer is not buying a car from Steven Eagell.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
