A leading fleet solutions provider in Burnley is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to enhance customer loyalty through excellent service. You'll engage with customers, understand their needs regarding fleet products, particularly electric vehicles, and manage a portfolio. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of our existing portfolio of customers. Maximising customer loyalty and profitability. You will work with our customers to match their needs with our wide range of fleet products and services, primarily our exciting new Electric Vehicle (EV) products and solutions.
Please note this position is based at our Burnley Town Centre office.
