Customer Relations Advisor – Carmarthenshire

We are seeking an experienced and professional Customer Relations Advisor to join a franchise‑approved car dealership in the Carmarthenshire region.

Location & Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3‑5 hours per day with flexibility to suit. Hybrid: dealership and home‑working options available.

Role Overview

The position is primarily telephone‑based, with additional emailing and SMS responsibilities. Key duties include:

  • Booking customers’ vehicles for servicing, repairs and MOTs.
  • Updating customers throughout the vehicle repair/appointment journey.
  • Informing customers of any issues and advisories about their vehicle.
  • Following up with customers after their recent visit to ensure satisfaction and a positive service experience.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Good customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Prior experience in a similar customer care role is ideal.
  • Stable background desired.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Up to £14 per hour pending experience and current earnings.
  • Pro‑rata annual leave of 20 days, plus 8 bank holidays and birthday off (increases with length of service).
