A leading financial services provider in Manchester seeks a Customer Recoveries Advisor to support customers in challenging situations. This office-based role includes responsibilities such as negotiating payment plans and assisting vulnerable customers, requiring excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple customer channels. We're looking for a Customer Recoveries Advisor to join our Financial Services team! As a Recoveries advisor you will be an integral part of the financial services family. Working closely with our customers and your colleagues you will deliver a solution focussed approach to what can be challenging and complex situations. The ideal candidate will be bright, confident, and able to think on their feet with a truly customer focussed approach.
Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we're perfectly located, plus we're surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat!
This role is fully office based. Our working hours are 36.17 per week and working hours are between 8am - 8pm. This role is currently operating Monday - Friday but the right candidate will need to be comfortable working shifts Monday - Sunday should the needs of the business change.
