Role Details

As a Customer Projects Executive you will be supporting the successful delivery of customer projects from product sourcing and range reviews to menu changes and category management initiatives.

You'll play a key role in driving business growth by ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full, and aligned with strategic goals. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working cross‑functionally, and have a passion for delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.

Some responsibilities of the role include
  • Lead and support customer projects including product sourcing and launches, range reviews, menu changes, category management initiatives
  • Maintain and manage the Commercial Project Tracker
  • Coordinate project meetings, updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Collaborate with Sales and Buying teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation
  • Analyse project performance and contribute to commercial KPIs
  • Provide cover for the Customer Projects Manager when required
  • Promote food safety, data integrity, and ESG goals across all activities
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong IT and administration skills (Excel proficiency essential)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercially aware with a solutions‑focused mindset
  • Experience in project management, customer service, or executive support roles
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
Desirable
  • Experience in the foodservice sector or similar operational environment
  • Familiarity with project management principles and large‑scale customer projects
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
