Overview

Are you passionate about driving large-scale projects to successful completion? We're looking for a dynamic Project Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex orders, working closely with our outside sales and back-office teams. This is a customer-facing role where your ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and deliver results will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.

This role reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead and works cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams. You'll also engage with Contract Engineers and Customer Support Engineers to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with business goals.

You'll act as the single point of contact for customers, managing technical and commercial aspects of each project. From coordinating internal teams to overseeing inventory and ensuring compliance with project terms, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution. Your strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams will help you navigate challenges and deliver exceptional outcomes.

We're seeking someone with a proven track record in managing significant orders, ideally with knowledge of valve automation products.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • High commercial awareness
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally

The successful candidate:

  • Proven track record of project/contract management
  • Proficiency level in English in both writing and speaking
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally
