A leading UK insurance company is seeking a Customer Operations Insurance Specialist in Norwich. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance or financial administration and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships with intermediaries, and supporting business changes. This position offers a starting salary between £26,900 to £28,500, along with a flexible working environment and a range of employee benefits including a generous pension scheme and support for wellbeing.

Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours (with options for part time working - minimum 28 hours)
Working Hours: 9.00 – 17.00, Monday – Friday
