Customer Operations Assistant £26,200 per annum (pro rata)| Permanent

What you’ll be doing
- Opening and closing accounts with suppliers for the tenancy start and end dates & ensuring accurate meter readings for billing.
- Answering inbound calls from suppliers and monitoring email mailboxes.
- Processing incoming post and ensuring bills are paid and allocated correctly.
- Auditing packages to ensure utility services are correctly set up and identifying areas needing additional information.
- Managing incoming tickets through to resolution.
- Accurate note and data entry, updating spreadsheets, tickets, and packages accordingly.
- Completing tasks efficiently within team SLA’s and KPIs.
- Working with the Customer Support team to address customer queries promptly.
- Producing daily productivity reports.
- Contributing to process development and improvements within the Customer Operations team.
- Collaborating with suppliers to enhance relations and communication.
This role will mainly be based within our Broadband team.
