Are you an experienced Account Manager in aviation, catering, or hospitality? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced, customer‑focused business in the aviation and logistics sectors.

Our client is seeking a dynamic Customer Operational Account Manager to lead key customer relationships, drive service excellence, and deliver strong commercial results. Based at Heathrow, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing one of the company’s flagship accounts.

What you’ll do:
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily account performance, service KPIs, and compliance.
  • Collaborate across operations, culinary, procurement, and finance.
  • Lead customer meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support pricing, budgeting, and commercial performance.

Location: Heathrow, with occasional travel to other sites (Manchester, Glasgow, Gatwick)
Contract: Permanent, full‑time, 4 - 5 days a week onsite
