Association for Project Management (APM) is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager on a maternity cover basis. You will lead the customer marketing team and shape communications to existing APM customers, driving retention and product uptake across channels.
You will develop and execute strategies for lifecycle marketing, engagement and campaigns while collaborating with internal teams. The role offers hybrid working, 35 hours weekly, and a competitive salary.

The person in this role will lead the customer marketing team, developing and delivering the strategy for communications to existing APM customers.
