A growing ecological service provider based in Rugby is seeking a motivated individual for a customer service and logistics role. This is a diverse and engaging office-based role that offers the opportunity to gain experience across all departments of the company. Your primary focus will be customer service and logistics. You will provide informed advice to customers while also developing, implementing and managing efficient service routes and schedules.
This opportunity will provide you with comprehensive training in customer service, sales and financial accounting, enabling you to confidently use the IT systems that support customer engagement and logistics operations. Our well-rounded training programme is designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills needed to advise existing and prospective customers on the full range of TopGrass services.

Hours of Work: We offer an annualised hours system with typical hours of 7.30 to 16.00 or 8.00 to 16.30, with a 30-minute break. Hours increase to 7.30 to 17.00 during busy periods in April and September to allow for additional time off at Christmas and New Year.
Salary: The salary for this role is £26,250–£32,250 per year, depending on experience. Individual experience and skills will be considered when finalising a potential job offer.
