Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in the Isle of Man invites you to join the Crown Dependencies Lab within Markets Platform to lead the Fids, Funds and Corporate Feature Team, maintaining and evolving the platform to meet rising demand for digital services and products.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Experience Design and Operations to enhance end-to-end journeys, applying industry trends and delivering technology-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer journey management, business analysis or change delivery.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering and Operations.
• Ability to map journeys and document requirements.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fids, Funds and Corporate Feature Team within the Crown Dependencies Lab.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and processes.
• Access and interpret data to support journey analysis and continuous improvement.
• Deliver technology-enabled solutions to enhance customer experiences.
