Customer Insights Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights Analyst who will use their analytical and commercial skills to support stakeholders in understanding our HNW customers and identifying opportunities.
As the Customer Insights Analyst you will be delivering a business benefit and improving our customer experience, with a particular focus on Private Shopping. This area of the business has been in a transformation journey, including the growth of a high performing team, a larger and extraordinary new space, and best‑in‑class technology for clientelling.
You will also;
The ideal candidate will have previous experience using customer or consumer data (Transactional, CRM, clientelling, etc. as well as practical experience with SQL). It is important that you also have strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data and be able to demonstrate sound commercial awareness.
