Job summary

Home Bargains at Bentley Bridge Retail Park in Wolverhampton is hiring Store Team Members for up to 20 hours per week. Roles are part-time and permanent, offering up to £13.00 per hour (£12.71 for 18-20). Early shifts from 6am to 10am are available.

You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and work across multiple departments while delivering high standards. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Be the smile that makes a difference: provide enthusiastic customer service and answer product queries.
• Teamwork: stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep workspaces clean across departments.
• Keep the momentum: unload deliveries and stock shelves during fill shifts to ensure product availability.
• No two days are the same: training across Café, Bakery, Garden Centre and tills; handle cash when required.
