Job summary

Tesco is hiring colleagues to join our stores. You will provide friendly service, help customers, and support store operations across replenishment, checkout, and online order picking. Shifts are scheduled with at least three weeks of notice and roles from 12 hours are available for some locations.

Applicants must be over 18. The role offers flexible working patterns and opportunities to grow within a large, inclusive team.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with products and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
