Job summary

Savills Company is seeking a Security Officer to join the site team in the United Kingdom. You will be the public face of security, delivering professional customer service and maintaining a safe environment.

Working in a 4 on, 4 off pattern, you will patrol, respond to incidents, liaise with the Security Manager, and support audits, with a focus on calm professionalism and a can-do attitude to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• Essential: SIA Door Supervision licence, first aid qualification, own transport or ability to use public transport, customer-focused experience.
• Desirable: CCTV SIA licence and security-related qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors and tenants delivering first-class customer-focused service.
• Carry out regular patrols and respond to security issues promptly.
• Maintain site records, incident forms, and Health & Safety logs.
• Liaise with Security Manager and support audits and policies.
• Ensure a safe, non-threatening environment and professional grooming.
• Operate radio procedures and assist third-party contractors as needed.
