John Lewis Partnership’s Waitrose & Partners is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to help deliver partner-led service and a passion for food on every visit. You’ll contribute to a welcoming shopping experience and earn customers’ trust with friendly, efficient service.

The role is part-time (11 hours per week) with shift patterns across seven days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. You’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to high standards of quality and customer care.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.
• Experience in a customer facing role is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - keeping shelves full and in the right place.
• Fulfilling online orders for delivery to customers' doors.
• Reducing wastage through product checks and dates.
• Support during busy periods including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
