Job summary

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member in Basingstoke. You will work front of house, greeting guests and serving food and drink in our rural café locations, with a flexible zero-hour contract and weekend shifts.

Full induction and training in allergens and food safety will be provided, plus opportunities for further professional development.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, but applicants should be team players and ready to learn.
• Strong customer service mindset and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front of house: welcome customers and look after their needs.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments.
• Keep displays and signage attractive and accurate; assist kitchen when needed.
