Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team in the Bridgwater area. You will deliver parts to customers within a 40-mile radius, maintaining high customer service standards and feeding back branch activity insights.

Daily vehicle checks and occasional warehouse support are part of the role. Applicants should have a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points, at least 3 years of driving experience, and a strong understanding of the local 40-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the 40-mile radius of the branch.
• Previous delivery driver experience.
• Ability to understand the necessity of excellent customer service.
• Ability to work to deadlines with good time-keeping skills.
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Delivering product to customer’s premises within a 40-mile radius.
• Ensure high levels of customer service at all times.
• Feedback to branch on relevant customer and competitor activity.
• Load your vehicle according to procedures.
• Collect customer returns as required.
• Vehicle maintenance including carrying out daily checks.
• Help in the warehouse as and when required.
• Assist with Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as and when required.
