A leading water services provider in the UK seeks a Team Manager to lead a critical team addressing customer flooding challenges. The role involves managing a team across multiple counties, ensuring effective communication and swift handling of flooding issues. This team has been built to take ownership of the customer flooding challenge. A centralised team ensures handling of internal or external flooding issues is swift, coordinated and as positive as possible. The Team Manager covers our whole patch; the location is flexible across Warwickshire, Derbyshire, Birmingham, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire. Travel across counties within the region is expected to see and support your team.
You will work with 9 direct technical expert reports heading each country, and collaborate with Reactive Sewer Service County teams and our Waste Environment teams. This critical role requires a commitment of 37 hours a week.
