Job summary

Iceland Foods is hiring Home Delivery Drivers to bring shopping to customers and be the face of Iceland on the road. You will load vans safely, perform checks, and ensure orders arrive in good condition while delivering excellent service.

Flexibility is required for shifts between 6am and 11pm. A full driving licence (3+ years, max 6 points) is essential, with a 13.71 hourly rate and benefits including a 15% discount, optional health care plan, Grocery Aid and more.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full driving licence held for at least 3 years and have no more than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to assist in-store when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shopping to customers' homes and act as the face of Iceland.
• Ensure safe van loading and adherence to safety practices.
• Complete van checks and ensure items arrive in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries.
• Lend a hand in-store when required.
• Manage time efficiently and work flexible shifts (6am–11pm).
