Job summary

GSF Car Parts in Milton Keynes is seeking a Delivery Driver on a zero hour/casual contract to support branch cover during holidays and absences. You will deliver parts to customers within a 40 mile radius, maintain daily vehicle checks, and promote the company brand through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include loading the vehicle, assisting in the warehouse, and providing feedback on customer activity. A valid UK licence and driving experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Excellent knowledge of 40 mile radius of branch.
• Previous experience within a delivery driver role.
• Ability to understand necessity of excellent standards of customer service.
• Work to deadlines with good time keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering product to customer’s premises within a 40 mile radius.
• Load your vehicle according to procedures.
• Vehicle maintenance including carrying out daily checks.
• Help in the warehouse as and when required.
• Assist with Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as and when required.
• Collect customer returns as required.
• Feedback to branch on relevant customer and competitor activity.
• Ensure high levels of customer service at all times.
