Responsibilities

• Be the smile that makes a difference: provide enthusiastic customer service and assist with product queries.
• Work across departments to keep shelves stocked and displays tidy; support the team to maintain high standards.
• Take charge during fill shifts by unloading deliveries and stocking shelves quickly for customers.
• Cross-train across Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre areas and handle tills and cash transactions when needed.
