Job description

Overview

We have a number of 32 hour contracts available at this time, working evening performances Monday-Saturday with matinee shows on both Wednesday and Saturday. Key to delivering the producer's vision of an immersive club experience, you'll serve and support our customers through bar and table service, welcoming and directing audiences and making proactive sales at various points throughout the club, all while playing your part in maintaining the world of Cabaret.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer service and care as part of the Customer Experience Team.
• Serve customers through bar and table service, welcome and direct audiences, and actively upsell products and packages on the night.
• Sell items such as traditional programmes, ice creams, cocktails in luxury bars, and other offerings to help meet financial targets.
• Maintain a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that aligns with the producer's vision of the immersive club experience.

• Experience from within the entertainment sector is not essential; applications from a wide range of backgrounds are encouraged, including those currently under-represented in the industry.
