Job summary

Greggs plc is hiring a Team Member at Woolley Edge Services to greet customers, take orders, and serve hot food, baked goods and beverages with a friendly, efficient approach. You’ll uphold brand standards and work to deliver a memorable rest-stop experience.

This role offers 14, 21 or 28 hour contracts, shifts between 5am and 8pm, flexible arrangements, and benefits including a discretionary bonus, staff discounts, and enhanced family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Produce a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages.
• Replenish displays to ensure maximum product availability.
• Maintain clean, tidy and welcoming workspace and store.
• Resolve customer enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Work with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Help prepare the store and kitchen for the next day’s trade.
