Job summary

Moto is recruiting a Team Member at Grantham Service Area to join Burger King’s team. The role offers £12.90 per hour with a potential raise to £13.40 after taking a shift lead, for 21 hours per week across 8am–11pm shifts, including weekends.

You will greet customers, take orders, assemble meals quickly and accurately, and maintain brand standards while delivering friendly, efficient service. Training is provided and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in busy environments.
• Willingness to learn and develop with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assembling a range of Burger King products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection.
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade.
