ATG Entertainment in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member for a fixed-term seasonal assignment. You will work evenings and weekends in a front-of-house capacity across bars, kiosks, and auditorium entrances to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will greet guests, answer queries, stay informed about shows and products, and actively promote merchandise, food, beverages, and packages while aiming to exceed sales targets and ensure safety and stock compliance.
You’llreport to theCustomer Experience Manager. You will also work closely with theDeputy Customer Experience Managers,Assistant Customer ExperienceManagerandthe Duty Manager on shift.You’llwork as part of a team of Customer Experience Team Members. You will workon Bars, Kiosks, inside the auditorium andalongside Security staff at the door of the venue.
This is a varied role which involves working in all areas of the front of house operation. Evening and weekend working is essential to this role.
Greet and engage with audience members, ensuring they feel genuinely welcome to the venue and treated appropriately as an important and valued customer.
Answer audience queries, ensuring that they can accesstimelyand useful information and guidance when they need it.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the venue, current and upcoming shows,products,and other information relevant to customers and to recommendadditionalproducts and services asappropriate.
Proactively suggest and sell products including food and beverages at the bar or through other points of sale, merchandise,programmesor packages, ensuring an engaging sales approach to customers that engages further purchase.
Know and understand our sales targets and to work to exceed them.
Ensure theaccurateand safe handling of stock in line with company procedures.
Proactivelyidentifyrisks to customer or staff health, safety or security and takeappropriate actionsto keep everyone safe. Ensure company Risk Management policies and guidance arecomplied with.
Work collaboratively as a team member, working well with others to ensure all required tasks are completed.
Proactivelyidentifytasks which need to be done and take responsibility for completing them.

Please note thatinterviews will be held onTuesday 15thof September,2026. This will be a group style interview. If successful, you must be available to attend an induction onMonday 5th October 2026.
This role ispredominantly eveningsand weekends and only those with availability during evenings and weekends will be considered.We will be offering a minimum of 5 shifts per week over the Christmas period, so candidates with this availability are preferred. Candidatesshould have good availability in the Christmas period between the 19thof December and 3rdof January.
This role will be fixed term from October 5th2026until January 13th2027, with potential to stay on after.
