We’re expanding fast and looking for driven Customer Experience Specialists who are confident, professional, and motivated to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments (no cold calls)
  • Guide customers through roof inspections, options, and pricing
  • Help homeowners make informed, confident decisions
  • Deliver 5–10 in-home consultations per week
  • Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish
  • Attend team meetings and ongoing training
Compensation
  • $125,000–$200,000+ per year (base draw + uncapped commission + bonuses)
  • Average monthly earnings: $10,000–$18,000
  • Weekly pay structure
  • Paid training included
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday: Appointments at 1pm & 6pm and occasionally 10am as well
  • Saturday: 10am and 2pm appointments
  • Sales meetings: Ongoing daily
  • Field-based role (drive 30 - 90 mins to confirmed appointments)
Qualifications
