Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join a forward-thinking organisation based in Stone. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You’ll manage enquiries, process orders, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating outstanding customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities

Manage the shared customer service mailbox and allocate queries effectively.

Process sales orders accurately within set timeframes.

Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and credit returns within KPIs.

Communicate proactively with customers, sales, and finance teams to ensure swift resolution.

Support service enquiries, including warranty replacements and technical queries.

Ensure all customer issues are logged accurately to enable root cause analysis.

Promote and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience.

Comply with quality and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GDP).

Skills / Experience

Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a team.

Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.

(Desirable) Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 360 Business Central.

(Desirable) Additional European language skills.

Salary & Working Hours

Competitive salary (details available upon application).

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
