The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist – Acquisition & Retention to design seamless journeys and drive engagement across Brother’s digital platforms. Your work will directly influence how millions of customers interact with Brother online.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across digital platforms.
  • Deliver acquisition and retention campaigns, including sign up flows and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Conduct UAT and regression testing, monitor KPIs, and identify improvements.
  • Manage app engagement strategies, including App Store optimization.
  • Create and schedule customer messaging (push, in app, email) aligned with CX principles.
  • Configure and manage promotions and offers with accurate tracking.
  • Coordinate CMS content publishing for campaigns and rollouts.
  • Analyse performance data, run A/B tests, and report actionable insights.
