Job summary

A local dessert company in Broughshane is seeking a Customer Experience & Social Media Assistant to provide excellent customer service and assist with social media content creation. Ideal candidates should be friendly and keen to learn, with interests in desserts and social media. This temporary role offers flexible working hours up to 25 hours per week, including the opportunity for additional hours.

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly manner.
• Prepare milkshakes, ice creams, and coffees.

• Assist in creating social media content.
• Support writing captions for posted content.
• Work as part of a small team.

• Operate the till (POS) system to take orders and handle payments.
• Keep the counter and seating area clean, tidy, and well-presented.
• Help with product displays and new menu launches.
• Assist in creating photos and videos for social media posts.
• Support with writing captions and sharing content online.
• Work as part of a small team to maintain high standards of service.
